  This place is charming and eclectically pleasing. The decor is creative. The atmosphere is inviting. The staff is wonderfully friendly. And the latte was AMAZING!! I can't say enough good things about this cozy little coffee shop!

  This shop has excellent coffee, extremely friendly staff, and an amazing atmosphere/decor!
  My only suggestion would be to make it more "kid friendly" by adding board games (candy land, checkers, etc). A kids corner for the little ones.
  I just felt like everything was so breakable and the little ones naturally want to run all over this place because there is a large open space. If they made minor adjustments to accommodate this, I would definitely come more often (and so would other stay at home parents I know).
  They seemed very open to suggestions, so hopefully they will do this in the future.

  Finally, Blue Springs has a legit coffee shop. The sisters that run this shop are committed to serving high quality coffee. They use beans from Oddly Correct roasters which is one of the best in KC. They do pour-overs, which are phenomenal both hot and iced, as well as espresso drinks with house made syrups if you so choose. Next time, keep on driving past the Starbucks and head here!
